Our client, a prestigious boutique law firm renowned for its high-caliber legal expertise, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to represent a privately held $5+ billion corporation with over 10,000 employees in the food and beverage industry. The role involves providing legal counsel and handling day-to-day litigation across the company’s diverse business operations, including farming, food production, and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently litigate a wide range of commercial, regulatory, and employment matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft briefs and motions, interview witnesses, conduct investigations, manage discovery processes, and take/defend depositions.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, acting as first or second chair.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to operating companies on issues involving torts, contracts, intellectual property, U.S. food and beverage regulations, commercial disputes, and labor and employment.
- Develop close client relationships, advising on legal risks, rights, and obligations while offering innovative solutions to business challenges.

Qualifications for Litigation Attorney:
- 2-6 years of litigation experience in a top-tier U.S. law firm preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
