Mya Berylant is the Manager of Operations for Estrin and brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic background to the team. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree at the age of 20, Mya has continuously demonstrated her dedication to professional excellence and lifelong learning.

Before joining Estrin, Mya spent over a decade as a residential investment broker, specializing in complex asset acquisition and rehabilitation projects. Her keen eye for detail and strong project management skills ensured the success of numerous high-stakes investments. Prior to running her own multi-state brokerage, Mya held executive assistant positions across various firms, where she adeptly managed human resources, tax preparation, record keeping, reporting, and brand development.

Mya’s diverse experience in managing multiple organizations and her proven track record in high-volume, high-pressure environments make her an invaluable asset to Estrin. She expertly handles administrative and marketing projects and provides unwavering support to all team members, earning her the affectionate title of the “glue” of the Estrin team.

Recently, Mya returned to UCLA to obtain a Paralegal Certificate and has begun studying Italian, adding to her proficiency in four languages. An avid traveler with nearly 50 countries visited, Mya enjoys planning domestic and international adventures with her son in her free time. Her rich background, exceptional skills, and passion for exploration enhance her leadership at Estrin, driving the team to new heights.
