Litigation Paralegal (54025ce)

Sometimes your dream job doesn’t look flashy—it just feels right.

Our client, a respected five-office California law firm with an outstanding Labor & Employment practice, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a team that practices 100% labor and employment defense. This is the kind of firm professionals stay at—low turnover, genuinely nice people, and leadership that values teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect.

Why this role stands out for a Litigation Paralegal

  • highly sophisticated Labor & Employment Group representing corporations, public entities, non-profits, and public-private partnerships across California
  • Attorneys who handle complex matters including class actions, PAGA, employee classification, terminations, leaves of absence, workplace culture, whistleblower laws, employee privacy, free speech, and internal investigations
  • Labor lawyers who regularly serve as lead negotiators and labor counsel for unionized employers
  • A collaborative environment where paralegals are viewed as essential contributors—not just support staff

  • Managing and supporting document productions
  • Assisting with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation (exhibits, witness outlines, organization)
  • Cite-checking briefs for legal and factual accuracy
  • Coordinating with the Litigation Support Group for document review and database management using iPro or similar platforms

What’s expected of the Litigation Paralegal

  • Ability to meet an annual 1,575 billable hour requirement
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as needed for case support
  • Strong client service mindset and attention to detail

Why people stay
