eDiscovery Litigation Paralegal (178205ce/MN)

eDiscovery Litigation Paralegal – Los Angeles, CA
2-3 Days onsite / Hybrid

Some cases make headlines. Some quietly change the law. Our client handles both.

With five California offices and a reputation as the firm clients call when the stakes are high and the spotlight is bright, this powerhouse is known for navigating complex, controversial, and precedent-setting matters. Multi-disciplinary teams represent public agencies, private businesses, and public-private partnerships across a maze of local, state, and federal laws. The accolades speak for themselves—Law360’s “California Powerhouse,” The Recorder’s “Giant Slayer,” The Daily Journal’s “Top Defense Result,” and attorneys consistently recognized in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.

Now, the Trial and Litigation Group is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives where the action is.

This is not paper-pushing Litigation Paralegal position. This is crisis litigation at its finest—constitutional law, wildfire litigation, COVID-19 matters, civil rights, First Amendment claims, takings, eminent domain, and class actions. Cases move from initial pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. If a courtroom had a frequent-flyer program, this team would qualify for elite status.

What You’ll Do as a Litigation Paralegal

  • Own case management from intake through trial and beyond
  • Draft, review, and refine pleadings and legal documents
  • Manage ediscovery logs, document productions, and databases (iPro and other platforms)
  • Prepare deposition and hearing materials, exhibits, and witness outlines
  • Cite-check briefs with precision (both legal and factual)
  • Coordinate with Litigation Support on complex eDiscovery matters
  • Keep everything—and everyone—organized when deadlines loom

This Litigation Paralegal role is primarily on-site with a remote component, includes trial travel as needed, and carries a 1575 billable hour target. Professionalism, reliability, and a calm head under pressure are essential.

What You Bring to the table as a Litigation Paralegal

  • Qualification to work and bill under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five+ years of recent California litigation experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Data Tables)
  • Deep experience with eDiscovery platforms and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Strong legal research skills (Westlaw preferred; Lexis welcome)

If managing high-impact litigation alongside attorneys who play at the top of their game sounds energizing, this may be the next chapter worth exploring.
