Employment Litigation Attorney – 2–5 Years’ Experience
Locations: Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Francisco
Salary Range: $175,000 – $210,000 + Bonus Potential

This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters — from defending employers in class, collective, and representative actions to handling single-plaintiff wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Associates also advise clients on daily workplace issues, conduct investigations, and deliver compliance training programs.
What You’ll Do as a Litigation Attorney:
- Defend employers in complex employment litigation (class, collective, and single-plaintiff cases).
- Advise clients on employment law compliance, investigations, and policies.
- Conduct workplace investigations and trainings.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in employment law or strong general litigation background with interest in employment matters.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials, writing, research, and analytical skills.
