Our client, a sophisticated boutique litigation and employment law firm with offices in New York City and Los Angeles, is building something special in Century City — and is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who wants to be more than “support staff.” This is the rare role where your organizational talent, litigation instincts, and operational savvy will genuinely shape the future of a growing office.

The Century City office is expanding rapidly and needs a senior-level paralegal who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, and knows how to keep litigation running like a well-oiled machine. The ideal candidate knows state and federal filings cold, understands discovery inside and out, and can confidently manage workflow across dozens of active matters without breaking a sweat. Employment law experience is a plus, but strong litigation fundamentals and initiative matter most.

The person stepping into this role will help create systems, build structure, coordinate with the New York office, and play a meaningful part in the expansion of the Los Angeles team.
