Our client, a nationally recognized firm handling high-profile securities litigation and regulatory matters, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Los Angeles or Orange County office. What You’ll Do

• Assist attorneys with litigation and enforcement actions involving the SEC and other government agencies.
• Manage large volumes of documents — from e-discovery and subpoena responses to document productions for regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate directly with clients, expert witnesses, and agency staff during litigation and investigation matters.
• Support fact development, witness preparation, and provide top-notch trial support.
• Serve as the go-to contact for litigation team communications and workflow coordination.
• Draft and proof legal documents, pleadings, statements, and correspondence under attorney direction.
• Assist with filings, service of process, and trial preparation — including binder creation and case organization.
• Conduct legal research through PACER, LexisNexis, and government databases.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in securities, regulatory, or complex commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of SEC procedures, discovery rules, and court filing protocols.
• Mastery of litigation software such as Relativity and Microsoft tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
