Trust & Estates/Probate Paralegal (53827ce)

Here’s a role you may have only imagined existed—a position where you can bring your expertise to a firm that values precision, judgment, and the kind of client service that makes a real impact.

Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm in Beverly Hills, is expanding its Trust & Estates and Probate practice and is seeking an experienced paralegal to join a team serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and notable personalities.

Why this opportunity stands out for a Trust & Estates/Probate Paralegal

This is a firm where paralegals are treated as essential partners in the process. You are welcomed into the fold with real inclusion at firm events, outstanding benefits, and an atmosphere built on professionalism, warmth, and trust. It’s the kind of environment that makes you remember why you chose this field in the first place.

What You’ll Handle as a Trust & Estates/Probate Paralegal

Bring your Trust & Estates or Probate experience (or both). The role offers a wide spectrum of hands-on work, including:

  • Drafting wills, trusts, amendments, codicils, and estate planning documents
  • Preparing trust administration documents and timelines
  • Overseeing post-death administration, including asset marshaling and notifications
  • Drafting probate pleadings, petitions, inventories, and accountings
  • Communicating with beneficiaries, trustees, CPAs, wealth advisors, and family offices
  • Coordinating valuations of real property, business interests, and personal assets
  • Managing the sale or transfer of real estate and complex assets
  • Preparing court filings and e-filings for probate and trust petitions
  • Reviewing bank statements, tax returns, and financial documents

What Makes This Firm a Destination, Not a Detour

Paralegals here enjoy access to high-caliber work without the bureaucracy of giant firms. You’ll partner closely with attorneys who respect your expertise, encourage professional growth, and openly seek your insight. It’s a place where your judgment is relied upon, your contributions are recognized, and your career can move forward in meaningful ways.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. and Paralegal certificate
  • 4+ years of probate and trust administration experience
  • Manage trust administration matters, including accountings, distributions, and trust termination documents
  • Prepare fiduciary accountings and assist with estate tax returns (Form 706) (preferred, not mandatory) and gift tax returns

If you are ready for a role that offers complexity, autonomy, and an environment that genuinely values your talent, this is one of those rare opportunities worth exploring.
